The external training budget above is for Officers and Staff therefore the total costs are for both. Further some years above relate to when West Mercia Police and Warwickshire Police were joined in an Alliance.

The HR Team have requested if you could provide clarification for this particular question. The Team did not know if the question only meant recruitment advertising. It could also mean, for example spend on advertising campaigns, pre-employment assessment centres (CoP), pre-employment biometric testing , uniform, Force Medical Advisor costs, immunisations and blood tests etc. If you would specify exactly what you mean by `force spend on recruitment` then we would be pleased to look again.
