Please may you provide me with:
- The number of fines given out to people for riding bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters on pavements from 2017 to 2022 (the most recent data you have). Please could you divide the data by year (and by vehicle, if possible)?

The number of fines given out to people for riding bikes, e-bikes and e-scooters on pavements from 2017 to 2022 to date is:
2017 – 2 fines for the offence Ride a pedal cycle on a footpath / causeway by the side of a road made / set apart for the use of foot passengers (HY35006)
2018 – No fines for riding a pedal cycle, e-bike or e-scooter on a footpath
2019 – No fines for riding a pedal cycle, e-bike or e-scooter on a footpath
2020 – 1 fine for the offence Ride a pedal cycle on a footpath / causeway by the side of a road made / set apart for the use of foot passengers (HY35006)
2021 – No fines for riding a pedal cycle, e-bike or e-scooter on a footpath
2022 to date – 1 fine for the offence Drive / ride a motor vehicle on a footpath / causeway beside a road - outside Greater London (HY35001). Vehicle type recorded as e-scooter.
