Can you confirm your current fleet size?

Please confirm the number of response vehicles and pool vehicles in your current fleet?

Please can you confirm who is your breakdown provider (2022)?

Can you please confirm how your vehicles are serviced e.g. whether you have your own workshops/ use council workshops?

Please provide the total number of workshops (and technicians) that you use including town location?

Please can you confirm your annual Spend on service, maintenance (2020-2021)?

Please can you confirm your annual spend on damage repair (2020-2021)?

For any vehicle related breakdowns or requests for recovery contact the Operations and Command Centre (OCC) who will make the necessary arrangements with an Authorised Recovery Operator :

 

During working hours we use our own workshops

 

Out of hours either:

  • Tech Truck
  • Auto Support
  • Hough Green

 

Can you please confirm how your vehicles are serviced e.g. whether you have your own workshops/ use council workshops?

All vehicles are serviced at our own workshops.
