I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 18th October 2022.  Please find below the response to your request:

 

Could you tell me please how many fixed penalty notices were issued in Worcester between January 2022 and July 2022 for cyclists riding their bikes on public footpaths.

 

I am particularly interested in numbers for the St. John / Hallow Road area so if you could provide the information for Worcester but split by your defined policing areas within Worcester that would be most helpful.

There are no fixed penalty notice offences recorded in Worcester between January & July 2022 for Ride a pedal cycle on a footpath / causeway by the side of a road made / set apart for the use of foot passengers (HY35006).
