I would like to know why the schedule of the speed camara van on heathfield road in Webheath Redditch is so frequent. The speed camera van is located (hidden by bushes) on the brow of the hill heading towards the petrol station at least twice a week, and from data publicly available there haven't been any serious incidents on that road where the van is located.
