Could you please provide the following information?

1. How many Non-Disclosure Agreements have female police officers signed as victims of rape, sexual assault, indecent assault, sexual harassment, harassment and/or bullying as of the last 5 years – per calendar from 2018 up to and including 2022.

Please give a breakdown for each year.

2.    How much has your force spent annually on the NDAs outlined in Q1 for the same period?

I wish to be informed in writing whether you have such information and, if so, I seek the disclosure of that information. If the information is covered by any exemptions, please disclose such information as is not covered by the exemptions.

Section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 places two duties on public authorities. Unless exemptions apply, the first duty at section 1 (1) (a) is to confirm or deny whether the information specified in a request is held. The second duty at section 1(1) (b) is to disclose information that has been confirmed as being held.
