Yes - twice
The first S60 was because the encampment was set up at a location whereby a Craft fair was due to take place the next day. It would have been cancelled which would have caused significant disruption to local business and enterprise.
The second S60 was due to its location next to the railway line and the concern over significant damage and disruption to the transport network.
