I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 6^th February 2023.  Please find below the response to your request:

Please can you send me a schedule showing the number of rape and serious sexual assault incidents reported/recorded for the last five calendar years from January 2018 to January 2023.

If possible can this only be for incidents in Shrewsbury. If this data is too local, please can I only have the incidents in Shropshire. If this is not possible, then please can I have the data for the whole of West Mercia.

If this is too burdensome or breaches the cost limit of the FOI, please provide as many calendar years as possible, starting at the most recent year of January 2022-January 2023, and work back from that.
