With regards to Q3 of FOI response 218431:

How many of the 83 officers and staff who received 2 or more misconduct complaints were dismissed? (Period 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2022)

The number of your officers and staff (excluding volunteers) who in the period 1 April 2013 to 31 March 2022 faced:

1. a) two misconduct cases – 60 subjects
   b) three to five misconduct cases – 21 subjects
2. c) six or more misconduct cases – 2 subjects

-       Please note these are based on recorded misconduct allegations only, not proven outcomes
