Could I please ask that data from 2022 is also included.
I am writing to request information from Police records on the number of Recorded Offences concerning cannabis cultivation, broken down into nationalities, Could I please have the data from 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018 and 2017 presented in a similar format as seen below.

Caveat : Due to a change in our local recording system we have provided information from 01/01/2018. Search using the Home Office Classification of 092/21, which is the Home Office Classification for the current offence of “Cultivate cannabis plant a class B controlled drug”, it is also the Home Office Classification for “Produce a controlled drug of Class B – Cannabis” as Home Office Circular 82/1980 recommended charging with production of a controlled drug under section 4, rather than cultivation of Cannabis, due to the wide interpretation of 'produce' in section 37(1) and therefore both can be considered relevant to your enquiry. There may be multiple suspects linked to one offence and therefore the number of suspects maybe greater than the number of offences reported. British includes those who are recorded as English. The nationality field within our local recording system is not a mandatory field and is not always completed.
