I seek access to the following information about thefts from local airfields. I would like to know: 

1. How many thefts from airfields within your jurisdiction have been reported in the last three years (2021, 2022 and 2023 so far)? 

2. For each year, I would like to request a breakdown of these thefts that includes:
   - The date of the theft
   - The location of the theft
   - The type of equipment stolen (for example, an engine)
   - And the manufacturer of the stolen equipment.
