I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 3rd November 2023.  Please find below the response to your request:

I am requesting a copy of how many tickets were given out on that part of the M5 on the 8th October between 12.30pm and 4.30pm.

There were 38 notices of intended prosecution sent out for offences on the M5 at Junction 8 on the 08th October 2023 between 12:30 & 16:30.
