I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 8th November 2023. Please find below the response to your request:
I would like to make a Freedom of Information request please.
- How many drivers were sent a Traffic Offence Report for committing offence RT88096 (Use a motor vehicle on a road without a valid test certificate) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?
- How many drivers were sent a Fixed Penalty Notice for committing offence CU10 (Using a vehicle with defective brakes) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?
- How many drivers were sent a Fixed Penalty Notice for committing offence CU30 (Using a vehicle with defective tyre(s)) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?
If possible, please can you also answer the following questions:
- How many drivers were sent a Fixed Penalty Notice for committing offence CU20 (Causing or likely to cause danger by reason of use of unsuitable vehicle or using a vehicle with parts or accessories (excluding brakes, steering or tyres) in a dangerous condition) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?
- How many drivers were sent a Fixed Penalty Notice for committing offence CU40 (Using a vehicle with defective steering) in 2019, 2022, and between 1 January to 30 September 2023?
