I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 21st November 2023. Please find below the response to your request:
This FOI request relates to both suspected and proven cases of misconduct since 1 Jan 2018 which involved the unauthorised disclosure of images of victims of crime, or of the crime scene itself.
Please can you tell me the following information for each calendar year separately from 2018 to 2023 (most recent date possible):
1. The number of such cases
2. The number of such cases where misconduct was established
3. Please can you also send me the following information about each particular instance of such unauthorised disclosure of images about victims of crime:
a) The content of the image involved
b) The means by which it was accessed
c) Where misconduct was established, the disciplinary action that was taken
