Caveat: The Malicious Damage Act 1861 is included in the offence of ‘Other Criminal Damage’ (Home Office code 58D). There is no field to capture offences committed under the Malicious Damages Act 1861 specifically, and, given the volume of these crimes, this would incite a S12 exemption to do a manual check. As such, all the offences of Other Criminal Damage have been given in the table.
