I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 19th August 2024. Please find below the response to your request:
2) Please can you provide a copy of the policy documents (or other such instructional document) that the police would use to exercise those powers [under Section 8 (High Hedges) of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003]?
3) Please can you provide a list of all of the qualifications that would enable the Bromsgrove North & Rural Safer Neighbourhood Team to make an assessment under Section 8 of the High Hedges Act. Please can you also provide all calibration certificates for any and all equipment used to make that assessment?
