I would like to know the process you as an organization use are complaints digitised and logged on your systems for any police force to view in any police station within the uk ?
Clarification: The term complaint’s in this request means incident log or crime report.

West Mercia Police hold the information you have requested.
Calls into West Mercia Police are recorded as Incident logs, these are held locally and can only be seen locally by West Mercia.
Those incidents which need investigation will be recorded as a crime report onto Athena, other forces which also have Athena will be able to view those reports. All forces however are able to share information if required for a policing purpose.
All forces do have access to the Police National Computer where information regarding individuals may be recorded.
