Re - A4110 Canon Pyon Speed Camera Revenue/ Prosecution Rate. I hereby request the data associated with this camera as follows:
1) By year over the last 5 years, how many people have been prosecuted for exceeding the speed limit
2) How much revenue has been raised from the fines imposed, by year
3) The average speed of alleged offenders
4) What other speed limiting mechanisms have been deployed to reduce speeds through this village
5) Have any pedestrians been hit by motor vehicles on this road or have there been any speed related accidents within the village in the last 5 years?

- The following number of Notices of Intended Prosecution have been issued. Their outcome may be course attendance, accepting the fixed penalty fine, a court hearing:

- No information held. We are only able to report on the resolutions of offences committed. The fixed penalty fine (£100) and a court’s adjudication fine and costs (vary) go to central government.
3) The average speed of alleged offenders
- West Mercia start speed enforcement at 10%+2 of the speed limit, ie 35mph in the 30mph zone
