Can you please provide the details of the number of Domestic Abuse Victims reporting to your Police Authority broken down as follows:

For the period 1st January 2023 to 31st December 2023 inclusive by Age, Ethnic Origin and Gender.

For ease of reference, please incorporate a summary total by Age, Ethnic Origin and Gender both Force Wide and by Police Division.

Caveat: There are occasions were police attend a domestic incident and the circumstances do not match that of a criminal offence. In such circumstances a domestic incident is recorded. As no crime has been made out persons present are linked as Involved Parties, not suspect and victim. Domestic incidents have not been included as the request is specifically about victims.

As some persons may have been victims on more than one occasion throughout the 12 months period, and their age may I have changed. For clarity, the victims age has been calculated as of 31/12/2023.
