I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 12th July 2024. Please find below the response to your request:
By this I mean which three cameras were the busiest across the entire three-year period rather than which three were busiest in each year. Hence the response should be just three camera sites and no more.
NOTE: Please include average speed cameras for this analysis where the cameras have remained in the same position.

The 3 busiest cameras over 2021/22/23 period are:
GATSO at Trench Lock A518 (Eastbound) 30mph zone
Variable speed on M5 j6-5 (northbound)
GATSO at Wolverhampton Road, Kidderminster 30mph zone
24,279 NIPs were issued at Trench Lock, and 13,197 offenders attended and completed a speed awareness course.
20,961 NIPs were issued at M5 j6-5, and 11,430 offenders attended and completed a speed awareness course.
14,010 NIPs were issued at Wolverhampton Road and 6725 offenders attended and completed a speed awareness course
