What would you like to know?: What was the total amount spent on storage hardware (including but not limited to hard drives, SSDs, servers, NAS, SAN, thumb drives, and other storage devices) by the force in each of the last five financial years (2018/19, 2019/20, 2020/21, 2021/22, and 2022/23)?
REQUEST 2:
What would you like to know?: Has the force adopted any cloud-based storage solutions? If so, please provide details on the types of cloud services used, the amount spent on these services in each of the last five financial years, and the data migration strategy employed.
REQUEST 3:
What would you like to know?: What measures are in place to ensure the security and compliance of data stored on physical hardware used by the force? Are there specific regulations or standards that the unit adheres to?

What would you like to know?: How many incidents of lost or stolen storage hardware have been reported by the force in each of the last five financial years? Full disk encryption – the force follows a national blueprint for the implementation of this.
