In addition, under the freedom of information act I would be grateful if you would also provide me with data of other vehicles passing at the same time in the day as I was as I did not overtake other vehicles at speed!

West Mercia Police holds the requested information and between 18:40-18:50 - 7 Notice of Intended Prosecutions were issued
In addition to the response to your request above I would like to point out the following:
Please note that Freedom of Information legislation is designed to give the public access to information held by public authorities. It exists to make the decisions of those authorities transparent and to keep the populace better informed regarding matters which affect them. It does not oblige public authorities to answer questions which are of little benefit to the wider public.
Whilst giving maximum support to individuals genuinely seeking to exercise the right to know, the Information Commissioner’s general approach will be sympathetic towards authorities where requests can be characterised as being disproportionate and provide an unjustified level of disruption, irritation and distress.
The purpose of the Act is not for individuals to pursue matters that have already been or can be dealt with by other means.
Therefore with regard to this request we are including a warning under s.14(1) of the Act that any future requests relating to this subject area may attract this exemption.
