Please provide the following data:
The number of recorded domestic violence incidents on New Year's Eve (31st December) and New Year's Day (1st January) for the years:
2022
2023
If possible, I would appreciate the data being broken down by the exact date and the community safety partnership area where the offence was recorded.

West Mercia Police does hold the information requested. Please see tables below.
Caveat:
The request is for domestic violence incidents, therefore searches have been completed for all crimes and Non Crime investigations related to domestic violence.
Please note, this search will include Notifiable (crimes) and non-Notifiable (Non Crime or crime incidents) investigations. Non-notifiable domestic violence refers to occasions were police attend a domestic incident and the circumstances do not match that of a criminal offence. In such circumstances a domestic incident is recorded.
We do not record by “community safety partnership area”, therefore results are provided by Police Area.
