1a. Can this be broken down by accident causes such as speeding, drink-driving, icy roads etc?

1.  What is the number of pedestrian casualties in reported road collisions in the past year?

From collision records there has been 1522 however, this figure does not include incidents where the attending officer does not believe the completion of a collision booklet is required

No specific information held. The causation factor listed is the subjective opinion of the officer attending and is not necessarily based upon evidence from an investigation

From collision records there were 4 pedestrians killed; 70 with serious injuries; 131 with slight injuries
