I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 22^nd April 2025. Please find below the response to your request:

1. I would like to know how many RTC's have been recorded on Hopton bank , the A4117 between Hopton Wafers and Doddington. This is to include injury or non injury in the last 5 years going back to January 2020.
2. Can you breakdown the accidents recorded into injury / non injury, whether fatal / life changing or damage only. ( i appreciate that some of the accidents, if damage only, you may not have attended but please provide all information as to how many RTC's have been reported over this time period.) 3. What was the cause of these accidents please. If no cause of the accident has been identified please state.
3. If any of the RTC investigations involved speed as a contributory factor.

1. 1 serious injury collision
2. 2 damage only collisions

2. Can you breakdown the accidents recorded into injury / non injury, whether fatal / life changing or damage only. 3.What was the cause of these accidents please. If no cause of the accident has been identified please state.

1. Serious injury collision - V1 lost control on surface water and aquaplaned into oncoming V2.
2. Damage only collisions – possible speed for the first one and no cause recorded for 2^nd damage only collision.

4. If any of the RTC investigations involved speed as a contributory factor
