How many accidents have there been on the Junction of the B4348 and the A465 at locks garage filling station due to vehicles exceeding the carriageway speed limit and have been considered a Serious Accident according to applicable sections of the Road traffic Act and STATS19 / STATS20 Police Classification (Statistical Guidance) And how many fatal accidents there have been due to vehicles exceeding the carriageway speed limit

West Mercia Police holds the requested information.
Between November 2010 and December 2025 there have been 1 fatal and 9 serious injury collisions at and around the junction of the A465 and B4348. The investigation of these incidents identified 2 serious injury collisions where the officer reporting recorded collision factors associated with inappropriate speed. However, none of the collisions concluded that the vehicles involved in the collisions were exceeding the carriageway speed limit.
