Caveat: Causing death or injury to a Schedule 1 Wild bird is recorded under Home Office Classification 190/01, however this Home Office Classification also includes other Wild Bird Offences. The crime management system does not distinguish any further with all returned offences having the same Primary Full Offence Title of “Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981, Protection of wild birds”.
All the incidents recorded have been given in this request and it is for the requestor to determine what is classified under Schedule 1.
