Please provide the following details:

The number of non-crime hate incidents recorded by the police force every year, and by year, from 2009 to 2024.

West Mercia Police hold some of the requested information.

Caveats:

Data is only available from 2019 onwards.

A non-crime hate incident can be deemed to have more than one hate strand motivation, the data provided is for the number of non-crime hate reports not the number of individual hate strands.
