One piece of info that I neglected to ask was what the outcome of the collisions were:
Ie: Were any of the RTCs fatal?
How many were classified as involving serious injury?
How many were classified as involving ‘slight’ injury?
How many were classified as ‘damage only’?

1 Fatal, 4 Serious and 4 Slight injury collisions where the causation factor of ‘dazzling headlights’ were used.
No specific information held in regard to records of damage only collisions on our systems, only injury collisions.
