I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 22nd July 2025. Please find below the response to your request:
- How many incidents of anti-social behaviour were reported to your force in the past four full calendar years: 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021?
- How many of those reports led to a police officer attending the scene of the incident (broken down by calendar year for the same number of years)?

Please note the Force introduced a new call management system in 2020. Scene attendance was not recorded on this system until 01/04/2022. Therefore two tables have been produced, one covering the first time period which shows the total number of calls made to police. The second shows the number of calls made split by whether or not the incident was attended. Please note that where there are multiple calls made about the same incident, only one of the logs may be marked as attended.
In April 2023 the Force introduced an initiative where callers were directed at initial contact to the most appropriate agency, this saw a reduction in the number of calls logged by West Mercia Police.
