Since the force migration from DASH to DARA in October 2023, the Risk Assessment Tool utilised by West Mercia when managing Domestic Abuse is DARA. DARO’s & PVP will still utilise DASH, in particular S-DASH within their secondary RA when there is a presence of Stalking. DA Specialists (IDVA), safeguarding partnerships etc will all use DASH and DASH remains the core risk assessment tool within multi-agency risk management, MARAC referrals, and consistent safeguarding of victims.
