I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 24^th June 2025. Please find below the response to your request:

Please provide the name, job title, email address, and phone number of the person(s) responsible for procurement or contracts for vehicle fleet maintenance and / or vehicle glass replacement?

Please can you advise the number of cars, LCV's and HGV's on your fleet?

Please also provide the annual volume of glass items that you; replace or repair, and also the number of ADAS recalibrations that you undertake each year?

Please provide the £ value that you spent on vehicle glass replacement, repair and recalibration over the past 12 months?

Please can you advise when you will be looking to go to tender for vehicle glass replacement, repair and recalibration services?

West Mercia Police hold some of the information you have requested

Contract is a National Contract held by National Windscreens. This is a national contract managed by Blue Light Commercial and they publish their pipeline as per the Procurement Act 2023 and is available on the In-Tend or Fat portals.

With regards to the ADAS calibrations no information held, these are included in the fitting costs.

Please provide the £ value that you spent on vehicle glass replacement, repair and recalibration over the past 12 months?

West Mercia do not hold a separate budget for windscreen replacements. The total paid to National Windscreens from the External Repairs & Maintenance Budget in 2024/25 was £30,205.

Please can you advise when you will be looking to go to tender for vehicle glass replacement, repair and recalibration services?

As per question 1 this is a National Contract, the date for tender will be held by Blue Light Commercial.
