I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 24th March 2025. Please find below the response to your request:
I would like data from January 2022 to the most recent data you have on:
1.
The number of under 18s charged with violent crimes.
The number of those who were previously known to police.
The number of those who were known to police owing to calls or incidents logged from their family home.

The number of 18-21 year old's charged with violent crimes.
The number of those who were previously known to police.
The number of those who were known to police owing to calls or incidents logged from their family home.
Violent crimes definition:
Murder and manslaughter (unlawful killing of another person) Sexual Offences: Rape, sexual assault, and other forms of non-consensual sexual acts Assault Offences involving a knife or sharp instrument Robbery Aggravated assault Kidnapping

West Mercia Police holds some of the information you have requested.
The call management system does not record the details of persons linked to calls in a separate field. We are therefore unable to search for call logs which have children under the age of 18 linked to them.
We would also be unable to tell if the calls were related specifically to the identified person or for an unrelated reason ie another member of the household calling to report a crime involving other persons.
