I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 7th October 2025.  Please find below the response to your request:

I want to know whether in the past ten years (2015 to 2025), West Mercia Police, or its staff in a professional capacity, has received any of the following from the company "The National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Society Limited (No.111982). Registered in England. Registered office: Tiddington Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire CV37 7BJ.", or of agents acting in connection with it under the NFU Mutual branding and logo:

- Funding (money)

- Credit

- Office supplies

- Hospitality

- Promotional opportunities

- Gifts

If any or all of those has been received by West Mercia Police, I want to know:

- What

- When

- How much

Zero. There have been no entries on the gifts and hospitality register involving the  National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Society Limited.

Caveat:

The new G&H has only been up and running since 18/09/2024. The previous data was deleted as the system was old and out dated and IT were unable to maintain it, hence we moved to the new one. It hadn’t been working for 6 months when we decided to create the new one
