How many Notices of Intended Prosecution (NIPs) for speeding in 20mph zones were issued to drivers in the financial years (a) 2022/23 (b) 2023/24 and (c) 2024/2025. Please provide a break-down of the number of NIPs for speeding in 20mph zones issued for each calendar month between April, 2024 and running until September 2025.
