I would be grateful if you could provide the following data for the most recent full calendar year available:
The number of domestic abuse cases recorded by West Mercia Police which included stalking as a factor.
The number of Stalking Protection Orders (SPOs) applied for by West Mercia Police.
The number of Stalking Protection Orders granted by the court following applications made by West Mercia Police.
If possible, please break down the data by month. If this is too onerous, a yearly total will suffice.

The number of domestic abuse cases recorded by West Mercia Police which included stalking as a factor –
Number of "Domestic" crimes recorded within the Primary Offence Sub group of Stalking between 01/01/2024 & 31/12/2024 – 2488
Caveat; There is no marker to indicate that an offence, ie rape, included an element of stalking and therefore provided are the total number of crimes recorded within the Primary Offence Sub Group of Stalking. Provided are the number of crimes, some of these crimes may involve the same suspect or same victim depending on how and when they were recorded in line with the Home Office Crime Recording Standards.
The number of Stalking Protection Orders (SPOs) applied for by West Mercia Police –
24/25 = 13
(April = 1; May =1; July =1; August =1; September = 3; October = 1; January = 1; February =3; March =1)
The number of Stalking Protection Orders granted by the court following applications made by West Mercia Police –
24/25 = 11
(May = 1; July = 1; August =1; September = 3; October = 1; February = 3; March =1)
