I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 16th February 2026. Please find below the response to your request:
Please provide the following information in relation to police attendance at Croome Court National Trust (and surrounding roads) on 14th Feb 2026:
The number of officers deployed to the location.
The number of Fixed Penalty Notices (including any parking-related penalties) issued.
The number of Traffic Offence Reports or other enforcement notices issued.
The number of vehicles formally advised to move.
Details of any formal advice, warnings, or directions given to motorists (where recorded).
Whether any Section 35 dispersal powers, obstruction offences, or other statutory powers were used.
The time officers arrived and departed.
Any recorded risk assessment or incident grading applied to the call.

- Officers attending – 1 x Police officer and 2 x PCSO’s attended
- The number of Fixed Penalty Notices (including any parking-related penalties) issued. – None, Police do not have Fixed Penalty Notices to issue anymore
- The number of Traffic Offence Reports or other enforcement notices issued – None, only 2 vehicles parked on double yellow lines however not dangerously parked therefore police cannot issue a TOR for these.
- The number of vehicles formally advised to move – A mixture of leaflets left on car windscreens, in person told to move vehicles and general advise given approximately 40 vehicles.

- Whether any Section 35 dispersal powers, obstruction offences, or other statutory powers were used – No Information Held
- The time officers arrived and departed – Staff arrived at 13:07hrs and departed at 15:24hrs
