1. As at 31 January 2026, how many arrest warrants that had not been executed were held by your force where the warrant was issued for the offence of:

If your systems record this offence under a specific Home Office classification or internal category (for example, "Fail to Appear", "FTA", or similar), please include all relevant warrants within that category.

If available within cost limits, please also confirm:

2. Of those warrants, how many relate to:

(a) MAGISTRATE' Court matters

(b) CROWN Court matters

If it would exceed cost limits to provide the breakdown requested in Question 2, please provide Question 1 only.

West Mercia Police are unable to further break down the fail to appear results. Our system allows a choice of for example “fail to appear” but not then also Magistrates or Bench (Crown Court)
