I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 27^th February 2026.  Please find below the response to your request:

I am seeking copies of any and all documents, records, or information held by your Police Force relating to the use, procurement, trial or deployment of services, platforms or software provided by Palantir Technologies UK Ltd, including (but not limited to) Gotham, Foundry or any related analytical or AI-enabled systems.

Specifically, I request the following:

1. Contracts and Commercial Arrangements
1. A list of all current and past contracts or agreements with Palantir Technologies UK Ltd, including start and end dates, contract values, and renewal provisions where applicable.
2. Any memoranda of understanding, pilot agreements, or trial arrangements.
2. Data Governance and Legal Documentation
1. Any and all Data Processing Agreements.
2. Any and all Data Sharing Agreements.
3. Any and all Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), Equality Impact Assessments, Algorithmic Impact Assessments, or similar risk or compliance assessments.
