Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide a dataset for the calendar years 2023, 2024, and 2025 regarding reports submitted specifically via the online digital reporting tool for road traffic incidents in West Mercia:

1. The total number of digital submissions received.
2. The total number of these submissions that were closed/finalised prior to being formally recorded as a crime (e.g., screened out at the incident stage).
3. For all submissions that were recorded as a crime, a full numerical breakdown of all Home Office Crime Outcomes (Outcomes 1 to 22) applied to these cases upon closure.
