West Mercia Police hold the below information
1) The total number of motorists detected travelling above the 60mph speed limit on roads with a 60mph speed limit
The 60mph speed limit on a single carriageway will attract offences for SGVs travelling above their restricted limit of 50mph. These have been excluded. Similarly, there will be a road speed limit of 60mph for SGVs travelling on a 70mph dual carriageway. These are included as the 60mph speed limit.
Offences have been included at 60mph on the smart motorway ie variable speed limit of 60mph.

3) The single highest speed recorded on a road with a 60mph speed limit during the entire period covered by this request (2012-2015), together with the road name/location and date of the offence, if held.
We are assuming the date range specified (2012-2015) is incorrect and remains at 2021 to 2025 as per previous questions.
The single highest speed was 136mph on A41 Whitchurch bypass, Shropshire in 2021.
