Has your force used AI programs to generate statements for court, evidence disclosure schedules or translations for use in court?
Have you been asked to stop using AI systems for any of those purposes pending further testing?
Have there been any incidents of intended prosecutions or court cases having to be abandoned or otherwise affected after use of AI by police came to light?
Have you discovered any instances of other misuse of AI by officers within your force?

West Mercia are starting to encourage responsible use of AI however it is not for evidence production purposes and cannot be used to build statements.
