I write in connection with your request for information which was received on 6^th May 2026. Please find below the response to your request:

Please could you provide the number of police officers who have left West Mercia Police in each financial year from 2015/16 through to 2024/25.

For clarity, I am requesting figures broken down by financial year, with each year presented separately.

If possible, please include all officers who have left the force for any reason (dismissed, resignation, retirement, etc.)

If it is feasible within cost limits, I would also welcome a breakdown of the reasons for leaving for each year.
