Summary overview of Alleged Conduct:

While assisting colleagues dealing with an arrested male “Mr A” it is alleged that the officer:

1) Failed to exercise self-control and remain composed, and

engaged in behaviour and/or used language that could

reasonably be perceived to be abusive, or offensive by the

public and/or policing colleagues.

2) Used force that was neither necessary, nor proportionate nor reasonable

3) Provided dishonest and/or misleading accounts. Acted without integrity and failed to do the right thing.

4)The officers actions as set out above have discredited the police service and/or undermined public confidence
