Alleged Conduct:
Allegation 1
- Between March and April 2024, Officer A behaved in an abusive, hostile,
oppressive, derogatory, intimidating and/or bullying manner towards their
colleague.
Allegation 2
In May 2024, whilst in a meeting with their inspector wherein
Officer A was told their inspector was not comfortable with them working in a small
team with a person whom Officer A had started a romantic relationship, and as a consequence they would be moved stations. Officer A sought to influence their inspectors decision to move them to a different team by making a number of statements which were untrue relating to Officer A’s service in the military.
