Alleged conduct:
In February 2025, DC Dyer sought to apply pressure to a colleague to certify a copy of her son’s passport, in circumstances where the colleague told DC Dyer she did not know him and was not prepared to sign it. It is alleged her behaviour towards a colleague was dishonest and lacking in integrity.
Standards of Professional Behaviour breached:
The matters set out above, individually, and/or cumulatively, are alleged to amount to gross misconduct in that they are so serious as to justify dismissal.
