Summary of Alleged conduct:
(1) Authority, respect and courtesy - In that His behaviour and language could
reasonably be perceived to be abusive, oppressive, harassing, bullying,
victimising or offensive by the public or your policing colleagues.
In relation to Ms A whom you were a mentor/tutor for:
(i) You made sexualised comments towards her.
(ii) You subjected her to unwanted conduct and/or unwanted conduct
of a sexual nature;
(iii) You made her feel uncomfortable.
(iv) You made her feel isolated and that you had abused your position.
Your behaviour amounted to conduct which had the effect of violating the
dignity of or creating an intimidating hostile, degrading, humiliating or
offensive environment for Ms A and demonstrated a failure to act with selfcontrol
and respect towards Ms A.
(2) Discreditable Conduct
In that his behaviour as set out above have discredited the police service
and/or undermined public confidence in it.
Standards of Professional Behaviour breached:
The matters set out above, individually, and/or cumulatively, are alleged to amount to gross misconduct in that they are so serious as to justify dismissal.
