Former Officer concerned: Nathan Rogers

Summary
It was alleged that the former officer:
Engaged in a course of conduct towards female colleagues that was inappropriate in nature. This included:
Inappropriate comments towards female colleagues and unwanted contact including via social media that could reasonably be perceived as derogatory and harassing.
It is further alleged that he engaged in a course of conduct whereby he made highly offensive and inappropriate sexual comments about female colleagues, whilst on duty.
The standards of Professional Behaviour breached are:
Decision
The Panel were satisfied that the breaches of the Standards of Professional Behaviour in relation to Authority, Respect and Courtesy and Discreditable Conduct amount to Gross Misconduct.
The panel determined that Former Officer Nathan Rogers would have been dismissed if he had not ceased to be a member of West Mercia Police force.
As a consequence of this outcome Former Officer Nathan Rogers will be placed on the College of Policing Barred List.
