Summary
It was alleged that the former officer:
On 20th August 2024 Former Officer Graysmark had a photo taken of himself whilst on duty in full Police uniform with his trousers pulled down around his ankles. The photo also shows him holding a Female Police issue hat to cover his groin area. This photo was taken in the office.

The Chair found gross misconduct and decided that Former Officer James Graysmark would have received a final written warning of 3 years if he had not ceased to be a member of West Mercia Police.
