Summary

In the early hours of Thursday 10th October 2024, Officer A was arrested on

suspicion of sexual assault following an incident at a club.

They then identified themself as an off-duty Police Officer. 

The Standards of Professional Behaviour breached are:

Decision

The Chair made no finding in respect of them identifying themself as a police officer as is set out in the allegation.  The Chair said, it is the act they committed as a police officer that was incompatible with the standards of professional behaviour and is discreditable, therefore Officer A will be dismissed without notice.

The officer will be included on the Barred list held by College of Policing.
